René Lorenz has over 38 years of experience in the technology and biopharmaceutical services industry. Most recently, Mr. Lorenz served as Chief Business Officer, where he was responsible for pricing strategies, strategic negotiations, business operations, and global sales. As a key member of the executive leadership team at IQVIA, Mr. Lorenz served on the Executive Leadership Group for over 15 years. Prior to joining IQVIA, Mr. Lorenz had a 23-year career at IBM (International Business Machines Corporation), where he held various senior leadership positions across sales, business operations, reseller channel, finance, and general management.
Mr. Lorenz previously served on the boards of Q2 Solutions, an IQVIA company (JV with Quest Diagnostics), for over five years and the North Carolina Family Wellness Resources for four years. Mr. Lorenz holds an Executive MBA in Finance and International Business from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College and an undergraduate degree from Rollins College.
