He previously worked as a Manager at Pesavento & Pesavento, LTD., now HinrichsZenk+Pesavento LLC, where he provided tax, accounting and consulting services to a variety of healthcare clients. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) with over 7 years of public accounting experience.

Mr. Connolly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master of Accounting Science from Northern Illinois University.
