Linden Capital Partners Raises $355 Million for Structured Capital Fund

Chicago, Illinois (July 1, 2021) – Linden Capital Partners (“Linden”), a Chicago-based healthcare private equity firm, today announced the closing of its first structured capital fund. Linden Structured Capital Fund (“the Fund”) closed with $355 million of commitments, exceeding the Fund’s $250 million target.

The Fund provides securities with debt and equity-like features to middle-market healthcare businesses.
