Northwestern Management Services Completes Acquisition of Dental Center of Silver Lakes
Acquisition adds large General and Multi-Specialty Dental Practice to Gentle Dental Group, the Leading Dental Group in South Florida
Chicago, IL (January 7, 2013) – Northwestern Management Services, LLC, a dental service organization and portfolio company of Linden Capital Partners, together with its supported dental group d/b/a Gentle Dental Group, has completed the acquisition of certain assets of Dental Center of Silver Lakes, a leading general and multi-specialty dental practice located in Pembroke Pines, FL. Dental Center of Silver Lakes will continue to operate under its existing name in the near-term.
The addition of Dental Center of Silver Lakes expands Gentle Dental Group’s geographic footprint in Broward County and represents the group’s 22nd location, making Gentle Dental the largest practice network operating exclusively in Florida. Dental Center founders Dr. Josh Bockian and Dr. Marc Cowan and their associate dentists will continue to perform dental services at the practice, while Northwestern Management Services will provide administrative and practice support services similar to those it provides for the existing Gentle Dental practices.
