Linden invests in mature healthcare and life science businesses. Through Linden Capital Partners and our investors, we can execute almost any size private equity transaction.

Linden is not a venture capital investor. Due to our industry focus, corporate relationships and integrated team, Linden is often a preferred partner of management teams and sellers. We offer our partners greater certainty and speed of close, as well as significant future value creation. Our ideal transaction is one in which the current owners retain a stake in our companies to participate in the value creation program.

Tailored Transactions
Linden tailors its investments to meet the objectives of our corporate partners. We have the ability to address the complex tax and earnings concerns of major corporations. Private company transactions include many of the same issues, as well as factors such as estate planning, generational transition and other issues.

Financial investment is only one part of Linden’s focus. Linden offers corporations an outside perspective particularly focusing on their slow-growth businesses. Our objective is to develop "non obvious solutions" for value creation.
