For deals requiring substantially larger equity investments than Linden can make independently, Linden has an exclusive investment alliance with Madison Dearborn Partners (MDP). MDP is one of the nation’s largest private equity firms with more than $14.2 billion under management and has supported Linden since its inception.
For these larger transactions, Linden co-invests alongside the healthcare team of MDP. The senior partners of MDP are investors in Linden Capital Partners.
