The Executive Advisory Board is comprised of a select group of senior executives with broad industry experience and significant corporate relationships. Each of the members of the EAB has established relationships with the Principals. Many have been executives and/or directors of companies with which the Principals have been involved.

Executive Advisory Board Member Responsibilities

• Assist Linden in its corporate relationship management
• Identify or refer potential investment opportunities
• Offer insights and opinions on potential investment opportunities
• Provide strategic counsel to Linden
