The Linden Operating Partner program is an outgrowth of a successful strategy developed and implemented by the Linden Investment team at First Chicago Equity Capital. Today, Linden continues to develop its network of executives and has Operating Partners across many fields of expertise.

Operating Partners are involved with the sourcing and oversight of investment opportunities.

Focused on sourcing and oversight of investment opportunities, the Operating Partners are involved to:

  ● Assist in the development of corporate relationships, with the
    specific goal of identifying investment opportunities

  ● Participate in the evaluation of potential transactions

  ● Provide planning and oversight for portfolio companies

  ● Act as mentors to portfolio company managers

  ● Serve as directors and if needed, interim managers for
     select portfolio companies

Linden offers a unique opportunity for the executives who participate in this program. Together with its alliance with Madison Dearborn Partners, Linden offers one of the largest private equity teams in the industry dedicated to health care and life science investing. It also offers the unique ability to execute virtually any size leveraged buy out transaction.

The program is comprised of a limited number of executives. Some of the executives have a more active day-to-day role as Resident Operating Partners with offices at Linden’s headquarters. Other Operating Partners focus on specific relationships and transaction opportunities.

All Operating Partners are expected to invest in Linden Capital Partners, which provides an ownership interest in the entire Linden portfolio.
