James O. Rollans

James O. Rollans retired from Fluor Corporation in 2003 following 20 years of service as a senior officer and member of the Board of Directors. His roles with Fluor, a large, global Engineering and Construction Company included Senior Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and CEO of Fluor Signature Services. Prior to Fluor, he held executive level positions, primarily in financial operations and new business development with Dart&Kraft, Dart Industries, Chase Manhattan Bank, BFGoodrich and the Singer Company.

Jim has extensive business experience in the health care industry having served as Chairman of Board of Lafayette Pharmaceuticals, which was significantly expanded and transformed into Inovision Corporation. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Advance Medical Optics, an eye care devices company and the Irvine Regional Hospital and Medical Center. He is also currently a director of Flowserve Corporation, Encore Credit Corporation and the USC/Wrigley Marine Sciences Institute.

He received a Bachelor of Sciences in 1967 from the California State University, Northridge and has participated in graduate business administration programs at the University of Southern California, Rutgers, the State University and George Washington University. He completed the University of California, Irvine Director Certification Course in 2003.
