Mary Beth Pieprzyca is a Managing and Operating Partner at Linden with 18 years of experience as a senior executive at Bristol-Myers Squibb in the Convatec Division, a $900 million medical device company with global operations.

Mary Beth has held senior positions in general management, strategy development, marketing and business development. At ConvaTec, she led turn-arounds of many operations globally.

She serves on the Board of Directors of PhysioGenix, an early-stage genomics company. She is currently a partner in TechStar, the technology transfer group of five universities in southeastern Wisconsin, affiliated with the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF).

Mary Beth holds a Masters of Management Degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University and Bachelor of Science from Alverno College.
