Mary Beth Berkes
Managing Partner, Operating Partner

Mary Beth Berkes has been involved in healthcare for over 26 years. Prior to founding Linden, Ms. Berkes was an executive at Bristol-Myers Squibb in the ConvaTec division, a $1.2 billion medical device company. She led the ConvaTec organization and held senior positions globally where she successfully drove strategic re-alignment and operational transformations. Previously, she worked in cancer and antibiotic research at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Ms. Berkes serves on the boards of directors of Ranir, Behavioral Centers of America, and CORPAK MedSystems. She is also a board member of PhysioGenix, an early stage genomics company and is a trustee of Alverno College.

Ms. Berkes holds a BS from Alverno College and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
