William Moeller
Operating Partner

William (“Bill”) Moeller is a retired Senior Vice President of UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH), a diversified health and well-being company serving approximately 70 million Americans. Prior to that role, Mr. Moeller was President and Chief Executive Officer of UnitedHealthcare in Illinois, a subsidiary of UNH. Mr. Moeller began his career at Citicorp and has served as CEO, Executive Vice President, President and Chief Operating Officer of other financial services companies. He was an operating partner at FCEC in the late 1990’s where he worked directly with the Partners. Mr. Moeller has a strong relationship management background and has credentials in the areas of change management, risk assessment and management and process improvement. Mr. Moeller holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth.
