Richard Novak

Richard Novak has over 30 years of experience within healthcare. Mr. Novak most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Laboratory Corporation of America (“LabCorp”) (NYSE: LH), where he led an operating team that produced a sixty-fold increase in market capitalization from 1997 to 2006. Prior to his experience at LabCorp, Mr. Novak spent 15 years at SmithKline serving in roles of increasing responsibility culminating as the Senior Vice President of Operations of the clinical laboratory business. Mr. Novak holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland, where he was selected to the All-ACC Athletic/Academic team as quarterback of the varsity football team.
