Todd Van Horn has been involved in healthcare principal investing and investment banking since 2001. Prior to Linden, he was a Principal and founding member of Healthcare Investment Partners, a private equity partnership focused on healthcare products and related services companies. Mr. Van Horn began his career in the healthcare investment banking group at Credit Suisse First Boston where he provided M&A advisory services and executed financing transactions for healthcare and life science companies. Mr. Van Horn currently serves as a director for Strata Pathology Services and CORPAK MedSystems, and acts as an observer to the board of directors of Behavioral Centers of America.

Mr. Van Horn holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management with a major in Health Industry Management.
