Neel Varshney has been involved in the healthcare industry since 2002. Prior to Linden, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey &
Company, where he worked with private equity and healthcare firms on buyouts, M&A, and growth strategy across healthcare sectors.
At McKinsey, he helped launch a new medical device business in Asia, worked on growth strategy for diagnostics companies, and helped
lead operational improvements in biotech and device businesses. He also held a business development role at Medtronic, where he
evaluated new medical device and biotech opportunities.
Dr. Varshney holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with honors from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and an
M.D. with honors from Harvard Medical School/MIT (Soros Fellow). He completed his internal medicine internship at Massachusetts
General Hospital and was a Rhodes Scholar at the University of Oxford.
